Points to note when using the export shipping service.

1. Please bring your vehicle to the designated yard.
2. Please send the INVOICE and export cancellation copy in advance via FAX or email.
3. After payment on this site, we will send various documents such as B/L, original export cancellation, and ED copy.
4. If you remove items from the designated yard without exporting after delivery, the free period will not apply. Insurance fees (calculated from the date of delivery) and internal handling charges will be incurred. Please be aware that if the pick-up date changes, the invoiced amount will also change.
5. Please be aware that due to the shipping company’s instructions, there are many cases where inner cargo is not permitted. Additional charges will apply for unloading and disposal.
6. The PRE-NZTA inspection is conducted just before shipment, so there may be times when cancellations do not make it in time.
